Bitchin’ Burger Bowl

Bitchin’ Burger Bowl

It’s a burger. It’s a bowl. It’s a tribute to drive-thrus everywhere, with a Bitchin’ twist. We’re smashin’ juicy beef patties, layering on the fixin’s, and drenching it all in our crave-worthy Special Sauce. No bun? No problem. Don’t forget the chopped chiles!

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tbsp Worcestershire Suace
To Taste Salt and Pepper
- Sliced Cheese (pick your fav!)
1 Small Onion, sliced (caramelized, with one raw slice as tribute!)
1 Tomato, sliced
12 Pickle Chips
- Leafed Lettuce
- Chopped Chiles
1/4 cup Bitchin' Special Sauce
Method

1. Make the Patties:

In a bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper - I like to massage until fully mixed. Make into 5 balls. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle until screamin’ hot. Place 1-2 (depending on your surface area) beef balls on the hot surface and immediately smash them flat with a spatula or burger press, lined with parchment paper. Sear 2–3 minutes until crispy edges form, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes, adding a slice of cheese on top. Smash burger magic: crispy, juicy, and perfect for bowls.

2. Caramelize the Onion:

Slice the onion and caramelize in a skillet over medium-low heat with a drizzle of oil until golden and jammy, about 15–20 minutes. Don’t forget to save one raw slice for extra onion-ey crunch.

3. Build Your Bowl:

Layer leafed lettuce in the bottom of the bowl. Add tomato slices and a generous drizzle of Special Sauce (the key is to layer the saucy goodness). Add pickle chips, onion slice, and warm burger patties. Top with caramelized onions and chopped chiles, and another drizzle of Special Sauce.
