Ingredients
1 Ciabatta Roll, toasted
To Taste Prosciutto
To Taste Burrata
To Taste Pesto Bitchin' Sauce
To Taste Salt & Pepper
To Taste Balsamic Glaze
To Taste Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced
To Taste Arugula
Method
  1. Lightly toast the ciabatta bread with a drizzle of olive oil until golden.
  2. Spread a generous layer of Pesto Bitchin' Sauce on both the top and bottom halves of the bread.
  3. Layer slices of prosciutto on the bottom half.
  4. Add sliced heirloom tomatoes, followed by a handful of arugula.
  5. Top with creamy burrata.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Place the top half of the bread on and enjoy!
