We collect personal information that you provide to us directly when you use our Service. We use Claude (Anthropic) to manage order queries and tracking numbers. Claude is connected to our Shopify store, which allows it to access order and customer information, including name, contact information, shipping address, and order status, for the purpose of responding to order inquiries and providing tracking information. Finally, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Bitchin' Games is the free arcade on our Site. You can play every game without signing up or giving us any personal information. Like the rest of our Site, Bitchin' Games is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
If you choose to put a score on the leaderboard, we collect:
the player name you type
your score and which game it's from
the date and time it was sent
We don't ask for your name, email address or any other contact details to send a score. To prevent spam, we also use your IP address to limit how often scores can be sent.
Player names and scores are shown publicly on the Bitchin' Games leaderboard. Please don't use your real name or anything that identifies you as your player name. Player names aren't accounts and aren't linked to you, and anyone can send a score under any player name.
After you send a score, you can choose to sign up for our marketing emails. This is optional and separate from your scores. If you sign up, we handle your email address the same way as our other email sign-ups, using Shopify and MailChimp as described in Sharing your Personal Information. We don't link your email address to your player name or scores.
We use player names and scores to run the leaderboard, to keep it free of spam, cheating and offensive names, and to understand how the games are played.
Because the leaderboard is all-time, we keep player names and scores for as long as the leaderboard is running, unless you ask us to remove them sooner or we remove them under the Bitchin' Games Terms. IP addresses used to limit submissions are kept only as long as needed for that purpose. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may also keep IP addresses in its server logs for a limited time, as described in its privacy policy.
The arcade saves a few small items in your browser so it works as expected:
the last player name you used, so you don't have to retype it
whether you've already sent a score
whether you've signed up for emails
when you last closed the arcade pop-up, so it doesn't reappear for 3 days
You can remove these at any time by clearing your browser data.
We use these service providers to run Bitchin' Games:
Netlify, which hosts the games and stores player names and scores
Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts, which provide the fonts used in the arcade and receive your IP address when the fonts load
To have a player name and its scores removed, email us at Info@Bitchinsauce.com with the player name. Player names aren't linked to an account, so we may ask a question or two before removing one.
If you are a California resident, you may ask businesses to disclose what personal information they have about you and what they do with that information, to correct or delete your personal information, and not to sell or share (for cross-context behavioral advertising) your personal information. You also have the right to be notified, before or at the point businesses collect your personal information, of the types of personal information they are collecting and what they may do with that information.

We may need to validate your request. In order to validate your request, we may ask you for the following information: your name, email address, or order history. Only you or an authorized agent may make a request related to your personal information. To designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, please email us at Info@Bitchinsauce.com with a power of attorney or other legally binding written document signed by you and identifying your agent. We may also verify the identity of your designated agent.
We will use the information you provide to verify your request against the records we maintain. We will not use the information you provide to verify your request for any other purpose. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Businesses cannot make you waive these rights, and any contract provision that says you waive these rights is unenforceable.

We do not sell personal information for money.
However, some of our advertising partners, such as Meta, Google and TikTok, may collect information through cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our Site to show you ads for our products on other websites and apps. Under California law, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
