Personal Information We Collect Directly From You:

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through our Services (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud

Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Rights), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. If an exception applies, we will advise you of the applicable exception and the reason for denying your request.

Non-Discrimination 

We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. Businesses cannot make you waive these rights, and any contract provision that says you waive these rights is unenforceable.
