This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that Bitchin’ Inc. Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

Deletion Request Rights

If an exception applies, we will advise you of the applicable exception and the reason for denying your request.

You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information we may hold about you.  Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see Exercising Rights), we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct inaccurate personal information, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purpose of our processing.

This includes details like your name, contact info, and payment data, which we use to process orders, provide services, and communicate with you.
