Ingredients
For the Bowl -
1 cup Frozen Acai
1 Banana, peeled
1 cup Apple Juice
1/2 cup Salted Caramel Bitchin' Granola
To taste Variety of Fresh Fruits - Kiwi, Berries, Cherries, Banana Wheels - Go Wild!
1/2 cup Coconut Flakes
3/4 cup Salted Caramel Bitchin' Sauce (1/2 cup for blend, 1/4 cup for drizzle)
Salted Caramel Bitchin' Granola -
3 cups Rolled Oats
1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes or Chips
1 cup Sliced Almonds
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Ground Vanilla
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Salted Caramel Bitchin' Sauce
1 Egg
1 tsp Sea Salt
Method

1. Fruit prep:
Wash, peel, and slice your fruity toppings. We love a mix of colors and textures: kiwi rounds, fresh berries, cherries, and banana wheels.

2. Blend the base:
In a blender, combine frozen açaí, banana, apple juice, and ½ cup of Salted Caramel Bitchin’ Sauce. Blend until smooth and thick—like soft serve.

3. Bowl it up:
Pour your luscious blend into a big ol’ bowl. This is your blank canvas.

4. Top like a Bitchin’ artist:
Scatter granola generously. Arrange your fruit in fun patterns or wild piles—there’s no wrong way. Sprinkle with coconut flakes, then drizzle the remaining ¼ cup of Salted Caramel Bitchin’ Sauce over everything.

Bitchin' Granola Instructions - Make it Crunchy!

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined. Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely before using.
