Bitchin' Origins

Born from a mom's heart and perfected at San Diego farmers markets, Bitchin’ Sauce is more than a dip—it’s a revolution in snacking. Made with simple, high-quality ingredients, our clean, healthy sauces have a flavor for every taste bud. From our family to your table, we’re still serving up the bold, pioneering product that started it all, now in retail stores across the nation. Uncompromising commitment to taste, quality, & authenticity

Starr, Luke, and their 5 children remain dedicated to the brand they founded together in 2010. They continue to lead a very nomadic life, bringing sauce and music with them wherever they go. The Edwards, ever in pursuit of their Bitchin' Vision, have entered into new frontiers (most recently with their record label: Bitchin' Music Group, and their coffee dreams at the Bitchin' Bean), but remain rooted in their mission to make the world a more Bitchin' place, one saucy tub at a time!

At Bitchin' Sauce, we believe in the power of giving back. Through our Bitchin' Givin Program, we actively support our community by volunteering at local events and donating our products to those in need. A special focus of our program is providing meaningful gifts and unique experiences for transitional-age youth in the foster care system, helping them feel valued and supported as they navigate critical life transitions. Guided by our core values, "Do Good Be Good" and "Give and Serve at every opportunity," we are dedicated to making a positive impact wherever we can.

Bitchin' Sauce: Built for Family

Bitchin' Sauce started in a home kitchen, founded on the belief that no one should have to choose between caring for their kids and making a living. From farmer's markets roots to national shelves, that family-first spirit has never changed.

What began as in-house child-care (where Bitchin' parents could bring their little ones to work) has evolved alongside our now fully remote team. Today, the Bitchin' Kids program provides childcare reimbursements to employees for day camps, preschool, daycare, and nanny services, ensuring families get the support they need, up to $7,500 annually.

Family is woven into everything we do, from our workplace culture to our community impact through Bitchin' Givin'. Because at Bitchin' Sauce, family isn't just part of our story, it's why we exist!

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

At Bitchin' Sauce, we’re committed to giving back—not just as a company, but as a team. Through our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) policy, we empower our staff to make a difference by offering paid hours to volunteer in their communities. This initiative reflects our belief in the importance of service as we live out our core value of Give and Serve at every opportunity, and has allowed us to collectively contribute over 10,000 hours to meaningful causes to date. Together, we’re creating a culture of giving and inspiring positive change.
